Daily Craft TV **Giveaway**

Recently I received an email from the Online Media Coordinator of Fons & Porter. They recently launched a new website called Daily Craft TV. The website lists this as their description:

“Daily Craft TV is a community showing new craft ideas & projects with online webinar videos.

Expert instructors provide online craft classes in Quilting, Scrapbooking, Sewing, Crocheting, Knitting, & Paper Crafts.”

The email they sent offered me the chance to review one of the classes and then offer a class up to one of my wonderful followers. YAY….who doesn’t love a giveaway?

I chose to review the class “String Piecing 7 Ways“. The instructors of this video are Jodie Davis & Ashley Briggs.  I have been watching Jodie Davis in crafting and quilting videos for years. I really enjoyed watching her again.

I have a HUGE basket of scrap strips. I have them sorted by solids, prints and selvage. I chose this video because I needed some ideas about what to do with them. I have to say, I got a great amount of ideas. I’m not sure I learned new techniques but I did get some ideas. That is always nice.

Generally speaking, they have some impressive authors on their website:

I have to admit, some names I don’t recognize, others I do know!

In an attempt to be honest, I need to say this: there are a few things this website doesn’t have I wish they did. First, the ability to add bookmarks or take notes. Other than that, I really enjoyed this video and the website. Other videos I would like watch:

Well, all in all I think it is a website worth checking out and they are giving one of you just that chance.

This is a super easy giveaway. All you have to do enter is go to DailyCraftTV and pick out the class you would choose if you win, let me know which class that is in a comment here on my blog, DONE….you are entered!

Rules are as follows:

  • Open worldwide

  • No extra entries, simply leave a comment
  • Giveaway closes Friday the 13th at noon EST
